The Arcade is known for running a tight ship when it comes to setup week, so we’ve taken extra care to break down the schedule in a way that’s clear and easy to follow. To help you stay on track, we’ve included three different views of our event schedule: Weekly, daily, and at-a-glance. Whether you prefer a broad overview or a detailed breakdown, each format is designed to ensure you know exactly what’s happening and when. Please review the schedule carefully so you don’t miss any important deadlines during setup.

Designers can begin setting up their machines at 12 noon on Thursday, May 28. Standard Setup runs for three days, giving you ample time to claim your machine, load your prizes, and fine-tune your key before Previews and Early Access.

EXTENDED SETUP
Missed the deadline? You may purchase a 24-hour extension for L$2,500, giving you extra time to setup and activate your machine. Extensions are available in advance on Marketplace or at the venue during Setup. Creators who do not meet the Extended Setup deadline will be replaced with a creator on our Wait List.

CREATOR & BLOGGER PREVIEWS
Creator & Blogger Preview is an early shopping window open to event participants and our approved blogging team. It’s a chance to explore the event and grab your favorites before the public arrives. Extended Setup runs alongside these Previews, so if you're still setting up, please note that the venue may be more active and crowded than usual. Out of respect for your fellow creators, we ask that you refrain from trading, gifting, or transferring any prizes won until the event opens to the public.

MANAGER WALKTHROUGH
Our Event Manager will complete a final walkthrough to ensure all machines are set up correctly and functioning. This is your last chance to make any final adjustments before the sim opens to those with Early Access.

THE ARCADE
EARLY ACCESS
A curated group of early shoppers—VIPs and contest winners—are invited to preview and play before the event opens to the public. This is the first and only preview made available to the public, so make sure your gachas are ready to go.

EVENT
The Arcade opens to the public at 12 noon on March 13 and runs through April 12. All machines must be fully set up and functional before opening—no exceptions. Traffic is heaviest during the first few days, spikes again right before closing, and tends to stay steady with ebbs and flows in between.
